Behind the bar

I run the bar. And the crew behind it.

Bar manager by trade. Good bars run on good people, and building that team is the part I'm proudest of.

What the job takes

On the menu tonight

Building teams

Finding the right people, training them, and keeping them.

Running the floor

Keeping it moving and keeping it fun on a packed night.

Stock & ordering

Half of bar work is logistics. I'm studying Logistics & Supply Chain Management at Tarrant County College.

Chasing dreams

The bar taught me what people want from a night out. Now I'm building something from it.
